During the process of working through what turned out to be several employee issues, I came to realize that small business owners, who are busy managing their operations, could use periodic assistance with employment practices as well as compliance with state and federal regulations.  Whether one or several employees, I can help sort it out!  

 

I have a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, and over 20 years of HR experience in several industries, including retail, health care, and most recently logistics.
